Throughout a five year career of increasing responsibility, primary duties included administration of
constituent database, management of all direct response marketing (direct mail and telemarketing), internet
exposure & fundraising, graphic design & production, department software training, IS support, and
department financial management.
Key accomplishments:
- Maintained my sanity and smooth department operations throughout several database conversions
during a 5-year period. Paramount was a three-agency merger that demanded conversion and combination of
three separate constituency databases during a year with increased fundraising goals.
